We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our luxury wellness spa. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional treatments and guest experiences, ensuring clients leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a diverse skill set within a vibrant hospitality environment, contributing to the overall success of our spa services. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of therapies, managing guest interactions, and supporting the centre's reputation for excellence. This position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about health, beauty, and customer care.

Treatments include:

Massage therapy Facials Spa packages and body treatments Beauty treatments Couples treatments (working alongside another therapist)

What You'll Be Responsible For

Delivering treatments confidently, professionally and consistently Providing excellent client care, consultation and aftercare Working efficiently within a structured column Maintaining immaculate treatment rooms and spa areas Following Vspa treatment protocols and procedures Upholding the spa's outstanding reputation and client satisfaction levels

Essential Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be considered for this role, you

must

meet the following criteria:

Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification

,

OR

Level 2 Beauty Therapy

plus a recognised/accredited massage qualification

Minimum 1 year industry experience

, orbe fully confident and competent in all treatments offered Ability to work independently and manage a professional column Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, polished and professional at all times

Availability to work Saturdays (essential)

Newly qualified therapists may be considered only if confident, treatment-ready and competent.*

Working Hours

Part-time or full-time opportunities available Minimum

4 set days per week

Saturdays required

Remaining days agreed at offer stage No rotating rotas

No Sunday work
