Spa Therapist

We currently have a very exciting opportunity to join the Horsted Health Club & Spa team at East Sussex National as a Spa Therapist. The newly remodelled Horsted Spa has 9 fully equipped treatment rooms, using ESPA and VOYA products and Tranquillity Lounge, Rhassoul Cleansing Ritual Chamber, VIP Lounge along with a 20 metre indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym for our guests to enjoy. Spa Therapist Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver the Spa Experience inline with hotel and product expectations Maximise all treatment opportunities and encourage repeat business Actively promote products and treatments within the Spa Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Spa Area Assist the day to day running of the Spa providing excellent customer service and administrative support as and when needed

Spa Therapist Key Attributes

You must be qualified to Industry Standard Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Previous experience in a Spa environment would be desired, but not essential as training given To confidently deliver all treatments on the spa menu to highest standard You must be passionate about delivering a high standard of treatment and ensuring the Spa Guest has a memorable experience Experience working in a busy/ fast paced environment would be an advantage but not essential Excellent levels of customer service and engagement are paramount
