The Role

We are seeking a qualified

Spa Therapist (Level 3 or equivalent)

to join our team on a part-time basis. Weekend work is required on a rotating 1-on/1-off basis. You'll provide a range of Elemis and other luxury treatments, from full-body massages to bespoke facials, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly exceptional and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Elemis treatments and a variety of spa services, including massages, facials, and body therapies. Consistently provide exceptional customer care, maintaining the high standards Appleby Manor is known for. Create a welcoming, professional, and calming environment for every guest. Support reception duties such as booking appointments, answering enquiries, and promoting treatments/products. Contribute to the smooth running of daily spa operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and shared spa areas. Promote and recommend Elemis products, earning additional retail commission. Take part in ongoing training, including Elemis and Lava Shell training, to enhance your skills.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Spa Therapy qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in a spa therapist role, with a passion for luxury treatments. Knowledge of Elemis treatments/products (desirable but not essential). Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player who can also work independently. Computer literacy for appointment booking and sales tracking. Well-groomed, professional appearance.
