Spa Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Start Date: January 2025

Vspa Retreat is a multi award-winning, well-established day spa based in Torquay. We are expanding our team and seeking a professional, confident and client-focused Spa Therapist to join us from January.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa and beauty treatments to a high standard, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. Treatments include:

Massage therapy Facials Spa packages and body treatments Beauty treatments Couples treatments (working alongside another therapist)

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of treatments confidently and professionally Maintain excellent client care and aftercare Work effectively within a structured column and support team flow Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas remain clean, organised and presentable Follow all company procedures and treatment protocols Uphold Vspa's high reputation for client satisfaction

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (essential) Confident and competent in performing trained treatments Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable and able to work independently Experience in a spa or salon environment is desirable, however newly qualified therapists will also be considered if confident in delivering treatments Saturdays work required.

Working Hours

Part-time or full-time available Minimum of 4 set days per week Saturdays are required Remaining days agreed at offer stage January 2025 start date
