Job Description

We are seeking a skilled spa therapist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and have excellent customer service skills. This role requires effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored treatments that promote relaxation and well-being. The Therapist will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and assisting with front desk operations as needed.

24 hours a week, including weekend work.
Bonus scheme for product sales.
Increased hourly rate at the weekend.

Duties

Provide high-quality therapeutic services, including massage, facials, nails, waxing and other specialised treatments. Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate therapies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised treatment area to ensure a pleasant experience for clients. Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest services and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Beauty level 3 certification or equivalent of. Proven experience as a therapist or in a similar role within the wellness or hospitality industry. Proficiency in massage techniques, facials and other beauty treatments. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring that all clients feel valued and cared for during their visit. Experience in front desk operations is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience using Phoresy booking system is preferred but not essential.
