Your Role Will Include:

? Providing a wide range of luxury treatments: massage, facials, nails, pedicures, waxing & more
? Working across both locations and carrying out mobile treatments
? Reception duties: booking appointments, processing payments, handling enquiries
? Recommending products and services based on client needs
? Maintaining

high cleaning and hygiene standards

throughout all areas
? Creating a welcoming, calm, and professional experience for every client

Please note: Cleaning is a key part of this role. We take hygiene very seriously and expect all team members to help keep our spaces spotless and spa-worthy.

Who We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2+ preferred (accredited short course grads welcome!) Friendly, reliable, hardworking, and professional Confident working under pressure in a

fast-paced environment

Must be able to work a

full column of clients

Highly flexible and adaptable on a day-to-day basis Comfortable working across

both Thirsk locations

and attending

mobile bookings
