Key Responsibilities:
Lead the space planning and planogram strategy across all retail categories
Collaborate with Brand and Category teams to maximise sales and supplier revenue
Provide data insights and reports to support supplier negotiations and category performance
Evaluate sales data to refine product placement and optimise category space
Support Brand and Category teams in delivering category management initiatives
Lead and develop a high-performing team member within the space planning function
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in retail pharmacy categories and product trends
Skilled in creating planograms and managing space planning strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with understanding of Microsoft Access and Spaceman software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player committed to supporting marketing efforts
