Job Description

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a retail environment, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales goals, provides excellent customer service, and maintains an efficient and positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise & motivate team members Delegate task to team members Customer Service Maintain high level of customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Resolve customer complaints quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction

Store Operations

Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and safety standards and health and safety regulations Handle cash register duties including exchanges, refunds and cash flow Closing of the store Monitor store to prevent loss or theft

Skills

Strong Leadership & team management Excellent communication Strong organisational skills Knowledge of retail operations Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Time keeping

Arrive on time for shifts Manage time throughout shifts to ensure excellent productivity
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.71 per hour
