Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their management skills within a fast-paced environment. The Trainee Manager will receive comprehensive training in various aspects, such as customer satisfaction, sales targets and profitability goals whilst managing staff effectively . This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of our business processes. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with the overall managing of the store and to lead and motivate your team to ensure the financial success of the business. The Trainee Manager will also train and develop the team to a high performing standard.

Expectations

Maintain store standards including customer service, health & safety and food & hygiene Control costs Ensure legal compliance according to Company personnel policies and procedures Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures Maximize Sales and profits Waste Management Stock Management Maintain and update administration in accordance with procedures Special Offer management Online Training/Management of Compliance Stock Counts SRS Communication/Reporting Strong communication at all levels. Managing staff effectively Time Management
This role requires flexibility and adaptability as Trainee Managers can move from store to store within the area. Must have own transport.
