As a Trainee Manager you will be responsible for assisting the overall Management. You will be required to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. You will lead and motivate your team to ensure the financial success of the business. The role involves training and developing your team to a high performing standard. You will lead from the front and be a real 'hands on' Manager, develop your team and ensure your own development

Maintain and update administration in accordance with procedures

SRS Communication/Reporting

Strong communication at all levels.
