Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Leader/Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise team members in daily tasks and operations
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with management to address customer inquiries or concerns

- Coordinate with management to ensure excellent shopping experience for our customers
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Retail, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or culinary industry is desired but not essential.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members effectively
- Proficiency in supervising staff and ensuring efficient workflow
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
