Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes and identify parts using manuals and technical drawings
Process and track orders using Oracle
Coordinate deliveries, returns, and invoice queries
Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service
Provide technical input and support escalations as needed
What You'll Need:
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to read layout and spare parts drawings
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office (desirable)
