About Us

Romi Machines UK is a leading provider of Machine Tools and Plastic Processing Machines, delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Co-ordinator to join our team and support our aftersales service by ensuring efficient spare parts sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle spare parts sales, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and negotiating pricing, delivery times, and payment terms.

- Monitor order progress, liaise with manufacturing teams, and keep customers informed about delivery schedules.

- Manage stock levels, process inventory records, and identify necessary adjustments.

- Assist customers in identifying correct spare parts using catalogs, technical drawings, and internal systems.

- Coordinate the shipping process, liaising with couriers and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries.

- Develop relationships with suppliers and ensure accurate receipt of purchased parts.

- Maintain accurate sales and invoicing records.

- Follow company policies, including Health & Safety procedures, and maintain an organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

? Education: Secondary School Certificate

? Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar spare parts role

? Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

? IT Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

? Key Attributes: High accuracy, attention to detail, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach
