We have over 50 years' experience in the appliance spare parts industry. Our most recent opportunity has been becoming part of Screwfix, which has allowed us to continue to expand with the extensive support, knowledge and resources that the Kingfisher group has to offer.

You will be required to proactively sell spare parts to service engineers and trade customers across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This home-based role focuses on delivering excellent technical sales support, interpreting exploded diagrams to identify parts accurately, and consistently achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will develop strong customer relationships and contribute to the growth of our Irish market share.

The role will involve:

Handle sales enquiries with engineers and trade customers across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Use exploded diagrams and technical documentation to identify and locate required spare parts Provide technical sales support and advice to customers regarding product compatibility and availability Accurately input orders, quotations, and call details into the CRM system Work to agreed personal and departmental targets including sales revenue, call quality, and customer satisfaction

To be successful for this role you will have:

Previous experience in internal sales or technical support
Experience working remotely
