Salary:

Up to 32,000 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Provide accurate Spare and Repair quotations Create, manage and invoice sales orders in SAP effectively Operate and administer IT Applications Validate supplier and sales part numbers and part characteristics Manage payment of sales order invoices and resolve invoice queries Undertake project administration tasks including data management and project reporting Cover logistics administrative duties

Your skills and experiences:

Experience in a customer or supplier facing role with excellent planning and organisational skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and other IT systems Commercial awareness and experience of producing customer quotations Understanding and experience in document management and control Capable of using own initiative and working as part of a small flexible team Able to multitask and manage changing priorities

The Saudi (RR&O) Reprovisioning Repair and Overhaul team:

As a Spares & Repairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out and managing customer facing activities in the provision of International Spares and Repairs.



The role involves receiving, checking, processing and managing customer quotes and orders in accordance with BAE business processes and to agreed customer performance targets or requirements.



This opportunity will involve communicating and coordinating with international customers and cross-functional teams throughout the organisation. This role will enable you to develop cross-functional skills including Project Management, Commercial and Supply Chain, which will provide the opportunity and flexibility to progress your career in a number of directions.
