Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for B2B sales. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance and manage customer relationships. Engage in cold calling and networking to generate new leads and foster client relationships. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
