This is an opportunity based in the Chesterfield area working at a school that specialises in children with SEMH needs
The successful candidate will:
have previous teaching/lecturing experience
establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with the pupils
be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively
have effective verbal and written communication
support the use of support staff relevant to the class
contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment
SEN/SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management techniques
