SEND Unit Lead

to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional care and education.

The Role

As SEND Unit Lead, you will:

Lead and manage a small, dedicated team within our SEND unit Design and implement tailored support plans for children with SEND Collaborate with families, external professionals, and nursery staff to ensure the best outcomes Promote inclusive practices and a positive learning environment Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with statutory guidance
Essential Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience working with children with SEND A minimum of

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

or equivalent Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage and inspire a small team A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
