Operating for over 80 years from within West Yorkshire, Victor Manufacturing Ltd are a long established, family owned and operated, manufacturer of catering equipment & server counters, supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.
The Role
To manage complete install projects, from initial site survey to customer sign off of fully bespoke food service counters and shop fitting projects. Working closely with the internal contracts team at Keighley you will be expected to ensure all projects are carried out to the highest quality standard, meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.
Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
Being the main point of contact for customers from order confirmation through to completion and handover
Completing site surveys and providing detailed reports and specifications, ensuring accurate sign off of drawings
Travelling Nationally when required. Some early mornings, late finishes, overnights and weekend work may be required on occasions.
Liaising with sub-contractors, ASMs, design houses, site contacts, and internal staff to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
Liaising with all stake holders following receipt of order - ASM, Customers, Subcontractors, production & install teams to ensure standards and deadlines are achieved
Attending Contracts review and debrief meetings
Producing site specific RAMS. Delivery scheduling and installation packs ready for handover
Being present for Handover where possible and producing any snagging action plans
Attending any key account meetings to support the sales team and growth of the contracts department
Seeking continuous improvement of the department
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be reliable, flexible and have superb attention to detail. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent planning, organisation, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.

8:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am to 3:00pm (Friday)
(Standard hours = 37 hours per week)
