Main Purpose of Job
Reporting to the Head of Retail, this is a critical, high-profile role acting as a hybrid of Key Account Management, Operational Compliance, and Crisis Management. The Special Services Manager serves as the linchpin for a portfolio generating 3m in annual revenue, servicing our most sensitive and prestigious clients, including Border Force, HMRC, and the Bank of England. The successful candidate will be a 'solution solver' capable of thinking outside the box to provide dynamic, short-notice solutions while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
