Specialist Autism Teacher Job description
Permanent, Part Time 13 hours per week paid on teachers pay and conditions.
Incredibly exciting opportunity within highly regarding Bristol Autism Team.
Are you a creative, thoughtful and passionate about support children and young people with a Social Communication and Interaction need (SCIN) including Autism in their mainstream school or setting?
A thoughtful communicator who can support schools and settings in delivering the best education for there cohort of children with (SCIN) including Autism? If so, then we'd love to hear from you.
In this role you will provide high quality, specialist advice and training to educational settings across Bristol, promoting positive outcomes for Neurodivergent children and young people with social communication and interaction needs (SCIN) including Autism. To contribute fully to the Bristol Autism Team Education, and to joined up working between the BAT Education and Family Hub and wider services across the Local Area and within the Local Authority.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
