The Role
Moorgate Finance is a market-leading commercial finance brokerage with a rapidly growing
Specialist Finance division
. Due to sustained demand and strong internal lead flow, we are now looking to recruit an experienced
Specialist Finance Broker
with a strong background in
bridging loans, development finance and commercial mortgages
.
This is a high-quality employed role with

, strong internal support, and a warm, established client base.
What You'll Be Doing
Arranging
bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages
Managing and converting a high volume of
warm internal leads
Building strong working relationships with our
50+ commercial finance brokers
to service their client base
Structuring and placing complex specialist finance cases
Working closely with lenders and key strategic partners
Delivering an outstanding, solutions-led client experience
Lead Source & Support
Consistent enquiries from Moorgate's
existing client base
Dedicated
administration support
to chase cases and update clients
In-house
marketing support
Strategic Partner status with
Shawbrook Bank
(enhanced commission structures)
About You
Minimum
5 years' experience
in specialist finance
Bridging finance
Development finance
Commercial mortgages
Proven track record of successful case placement
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Passionate about sales and delivering results

4+ years (required)
B2B Sales:
5+ years (required)
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
