Job Summary



Seeking a Specialist in Business Analysis with 5 to 7 years of experience skilled in PowerBI UML diagrams M365 Suites of Products and Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops







Lead business analysis activities to support transformational change initiatives by leveraging PowerBI for data visualization and reporting Utilize UML diagrams to document and communicate business processes use cases and system interactions effectively Employ M365 Suites of Products to enhance collaboration documentation and project management Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to drive innovative and usercentric solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into clear actionable requirements Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices within the Business Analysis skill cluster



Roles and Responsibilities



Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed UML diagrams including use case activity and sequence diagrams Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops to foster creative problemsolving and ideation Use PowerBI to develop insightful dashboards and reports that support decisionmaking Manage stakeholder communication at all levels to ensure requirements are well understood and prioritized Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing activities to validate deliverables Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business analysis methodologies and tools Monitor project progress and assist in risk identification and mitigation related to requirements and design
