We're looking for a Specialist Cleaner to join our friendly Property Services team, part of the wider Asset Management Group.

About the Role



As a Specialist Cleaner, you will play an important role in keeping our homes, garages, and communal areas clean and safe. You'll work across different sites, helping to maintain high standards and support the wellbeing of our tenants and communities.


What You'll Be Doing



Carry out cleaning tasks as set out in our checklists Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly Keep supplies topped up and report any issues Follow health and safety rules, including COSHH regulations Support other teams when needed - for example, with fly-tipping clearance or urgent damp and mould cases Attend training and work flexibly to meet service needs

What We're Looking For



Someone who understands how to clean properly and safely Experience in commercial cleaning would be helpful A full UK driving licence - you'll need to travel between sites A flexible, reliable approach and a commitment to doing a great job
