Specialist Cleaning Operative
Job Description
We are seeking a Specialist Cleaner to join our team, working across a variety of sites in the South Wales area. This role involves both independent work and collaboration within a team, delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out ground maintenance, waste removal, and hoarder cleans.
Perform sharps removals, environmental cleaning, and pressure washing.
Deliver carpet cleaning, graffiti removal, and mould remediation.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and equipment.
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Requirements
Full clean driving licence (essential).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
CSCS and/or IPAF licences (advantageous but not essential).
Previous experience in specialist cleaning or related fields preferred.
