You will lead on
Asbestos
Management
and
Legionella/Water Safety
, while supporting compliance in areas such as Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, Fire Risk, Lifts, and Health & Safety. The role involves auditing, reviewing contractor documentation, arranging statutory inspections, and maintain robust performance monitoring systems.
