We are looking for a Specialist Dental Nurse to take on a part time position to work alongside specialist dentists at The Doctor's Method
We are a new multidisciplinary private medical and dental clinic offering treatments ranging from surgery, implant, aesthetics, orthodontic, periodontics, advanced endodontics and private general practice. Due to the vast number of services we provide, there are many areas of opportunity to develop skills and this is unique to our practice due to its size. Potential for growing in the Practice
We are a friendly small team that works well together, for the Queen's Park community and London.
Proficient English speaking skills as well as computer skills are required for Dentally (Exact) is preferable.
We are looking for an: outgoing, reliable, organised, proactive, communicative , friendly dental nurse with experience in periodontics, endodontics and orthodontics.
Part- time hours:
Monday: 8:45am- 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:45am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Confident in assisting in periodontal, endodontic and orthodontic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Ensure CQC compliance with infection control protocols, audits etc
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in taking dental x-rays
- Familiarity with dental software systems (Dentally)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
