This role sits in the PRI's Investor Initiatives and Collaboration team and will primarily focus on supporting investors in contributing to achieving a net zero emissions economy.



The successful candidate will support the UN-Convened Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance, working alongside PRI and UNEP FI Secretariat colleagues to deliver a varied and ambitious workplan, as well as supporting the PRI's contributions to the Investor Agenda on both transition planning and climate policy.

Core Responsibilities




Support the delivery of the UN-Convened Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance workplan in close collaboration with asset owner Track Leads Engage asset owner members regularly and proactively Effectively project manage priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and well-considered outputs Coordinate delivery of Track guidance documents including drafting, coordinating input, working with communications team on launch, etc. Provide administrative and operational support to Track Managers to ensure smooth and efficient work delivery Support asset owners with asset manager engagement on net zero as well as working with the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative Represent PRI in the Investor Agenda working groups Deepen connectivity and synergies across PRI and UN-Convened Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance tracks, working in close coordination with PRI teams, including RI Ecosystems, Sustainable Systems, and other Investor Initiatives

Person Specification





The role will involve close, regular co-ordination with UNEP FI, PRI, and investor members of the Alliance on cutting edge topics that advance investor action on net zero. Our ideal candidate would have excellent project management, organization, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills and a keen interest in driving ambitious investor action on climate. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of investor action on climate and be confident working directly with investors to support them on these topics.


Expertise and professional experience in the field of climate change and responsible investment. Strong track record (3+ years) of engaging with investors, preferably on climate change, sustainability or environment. Working with asset owners and/or asset managers an advantage. Good programme management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects successfully, including effectively managing workstreams with others that may not be direct reports. Excellent multi-stakeholder convening and engagement skills including leading working groups, or similar settings, to deliver against joint objectives. Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills. A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment. Demonstrates a commitment to developing others and a growth mindset, actively pursuing continuous profession and personal development. Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships. IT/Digital skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, project management software). As this is a global role, international travel may be required
