You will:
Deliver high-quality, focused learner support
Motivate and engage students in both educational and lifelong learning pathways
Support behaviour management strategies and creating positive learning environments
Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and develop learning materials

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE Grade 4 in Maths & English
Experience working with young people and meeting their individual needs
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
A flexible, proactive team player committed to safeguarding and inclusion
