Your duties

You will:


Deliver high-quality, focused learner support Motivate and engage students in both educational and lifelong learning pathways Support behaviour management strategies and creating positive learning environments Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and develop learning materials

Person specification

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:


Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE Grade 4 in Maths & English Experience working with young people and meeting their individual needs Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships A flexible, proactive team player committed to safeguarding and inclusion

We help new employees settle in through central College induction events and local induction activities. We also provide a range of essential information through our online learning packages. These cover various topics including EDI, Safeguarding, Health & Safety at Work, to name a few.
