Our Client is a leading law firm specializing in lease extension cases is seeking a Lease Extension Lawyer to join their team. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, they have successfully helped numerous clients secure lease extensions and protect their rights as property owners. The team is comprised of highly skilled and knowledgeable lawyers who are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

All applicants must:

• Have minimum 2 years\' experience of lease extension work and be able to work unsupervised, or with minimal supervision
• Be a lease extension specialist with extensive experience of both statutory and informal lease extensions
• Have a desire to continue growing their specialist experience and knowledge
• Have the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
• Have excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
• Have a history of strong billing.

• Handle a caseload of lease extension matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and contracts
• Negotiate with opposing parties to reach favourable settlements
• Provide expert legal advice to clients.
