An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Specialist Nursing Team within Neonates and Paediatrics at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to lead and support infant feeding practices across our Neonatal and Children's services.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and support evidence-based infant feeding management.



Ensure all staff are equipped to support families' infant feeding choices both in hospital and at home.



Maintain and implement pathways aligned with UNICEF Baby Friendly standards, including Neonatal Standards and Hospital-Based Children's Standards.



Develop, implement, and audit relevant pathways, policies, and processes related to infant feeding and newborn care.



Provide training, guidance, and foster effective communication across the division to support a positive learning environment.
