More detail about the role You will take responsibility for the assessment, planning, and implementation of care, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that improves patient outcomes and experiences. The role is designed for a proactive, experienced nurse who is committed to advancing Parkinson's care and working collaboratively with both internal and external healthcare teams. Education is a really important part of the role and the individual will be a part of delivering education to patients, carers and members of staff.



By empowering them with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care. You will be expected to facilitate good communication and strong working relationships between various professionals, ensuring coordinated and seamless care for patients. Your contributions will play a crucial part in improving the care and quality of life for patients and their carers. Working Pattern:

18 hours per week. This is a part time post with progression from a band 6 to a band 7.
