Specialist Paediatric Speech And Language Therapist (band 6)

Glasgow, SCT, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Looking for a role where you can do the work you trained for -- and help shape something new?

You became a Speech and Language Therapist to help children thrive -- to support their development, build their confidence, and give them a voice.

But if you're currently feeling that:

You're stretched too thin to provide the depth of care you'd like

Progress feels limited by short appointments or long waiting lists

Too much time is spent managing caseloads, and not enough in real therapy

Families are discharged before meaningful change has happened

...then it might be time for something different.

We're developing a

new paediatric SLT service

here at

Speech Therapy Glasgow

, and we're looking for a confident, experienced clinician who's excited to be part of something from the ground up. You'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver care, building the systems and relationships that help families feel truly supported.

Come and work with us at Speech Therapy Glasgow

We're a growing, independent paediatric speech and language therapy service supporting families across Greater Glasgow -- through

home visits and sessions at our welcoming clinic

.

We've built a service where:

Therapists can work closely with families over time

Relationships, not just referrals, are at the heart of care

You're supported to develop your skills, specialise, and grow

You're part of a team that values connection, autonomy, and joy in the job

You'll also collaborate with our sister company,

Simpson Physiotherapy

, embracing a multi-disciplinary, whole-child approach.

By joining our team, you'll be part of a growing, independent practice that values clinical autonomy, quality care, and the positive relationships we build with the families we serve.

Why Join Us?
