Exciting Opportunity:

Community Dietitian - Central London Community Healthcare



Central London Community Healthcare is looking for an experienced and motivated Dietitian to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by supporting patients to manage their health and wellbeing at home.



You'll use and build upon your strong clinical knowledge in nutrition support and chronic disease management, contributing to high-quality, person-centred care within the community.



This is a full-time, 9-month fixed-term position (maternity cover), with flexibility available -- we welcome applications from those seeking part-time hours or alternative working patterns.



Managing your own clinical caseload, you will see housebound patients in their own home. You will cover the Kilburn and Willesden areas of Brent.



You must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a community setting. Communicating evidence-based personalised dietetic advice to the diverse population of Brent in an engaging style is a key component of this position.

You will be joining an award-winning team of highly experienced community dietitians who hold regular peer support meetings and provide 1:1 Practice supervision to facilitate clinical excellence and personal development.



You will participate in our annual audit programme, student training and encouraged to support innovative service changes alongside your colleagues.
