About The Role



The Specialist Recruiter role is a strategic position within our organisation, aimed at enhancing our recruitment efforts and building a strong freelance supply chain in the language and interpreting industry. The role involves utilising LinkedIn and other social media platforms to source and attract top-tier talent, developing and executing recruitment plans and campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team to create recruitment marketing campaigns, and identifying future hiring needs. The Specialist Recruiter will also engage in proactive outreach activities, leverage online platforms for recruitment and community engagement, implement cost-effective recruitment strategies including the use of AI where appropriate, roll out technology and automation tools, and monitor recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements


Main Duties & Responsibilities



LinkedIn Expertise: Utilise LinkedIn to source and attract top-tier talent. Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn, and leverage LinkedIn's tools and features to enhance recruitment efforts, specifically around building campaigns across Europe. Recruitment Experience: Develop and execute recruitment plans and campaigns to meet the hiring needs of the organisation. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future freelance openings. Build a strong brand presence and control the narrative on LinkedIn to make lasting impressions, which in turn will attract top freelance linguistic talent. Marketing Experience: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement recruitment marketing campaigns. Develop freelance advertisements and post them on various platforms, including job websites, career portals, and social networks. Strategic Role: Identify future hiring needs, create job descriptions and specifications, and develop relationships with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and other partners to source candidates. Lead Generation: Experience in large-scale lead generation. Identify potential candidates and develop strategies to convert leads into successful hires. Generate leads through recruitment activities and marketing campaigns.

About You



The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LinkedIn, recruitment, and marketing, and will be capable of delivering a strategic role within our organisation. This position requires a proactive individual who can develop and execute recruitment plans and contribute to our overall recruitment and engagement supply chain strategy.

Qualifications/Experience:



Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, preferably of contract hire/recruitment of freelance roles Extensive experience with LinkedIn, specifically leveraging LinkedIn's tools and features to enhance recruitment efforts along with other social media platforms. Marketing experience, particularly in creating and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and other partners. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
