Industry Specialist Recruiter (Property & Real Estate)

Type: Freelance / Contract-Based
Compensation: 600 - 750 per completed hire (fixed, non-negotiable)

This is a high-performance freelance role for recruiters who have previously hired for property companies specialising into lettings, property management, estate agencies, PBSA, co-living.

You'll be paid upto 750 per successful hire, flat.
There are no hourly payments, no commissions, no salary models.

What You'll Be Doing

Take full ownership of recruitment across assigned property roles (admin, ops, sales, finance, PBSA, agents) based on openings and assignments Post roles using your own platforms and sourcing network (we don't give access to our job boards but assist in sponsored ad budget / PPC) Run ads only after discussing cost, copy, and value - no blind spend Actively source, screen, qualify, and handle candidate communication up to final interviews Conduct first round virtual video interviews to know candidates in depth Send upto 5 sharp, serious candidates, not a list of hopefuls Coordinate offers, contracts, and start dates for full-cycle delivery Handle your own tracker, comms, and handover - we're not chasing

Who This Is For

You've previously hired inside the UK property or housing industry You've filled roles like: lettings negotiators, viewing agents, ops assistants, PBSA reps, sales, marketing, finance, credit control but in the industry You understand urgency, tone, and execution not just JD-matching You're a closer not someone who "supports hiring," but someone who delivers hires You work solo, move fast, and don't need a script
