This is a full-time, permanent role that can be based in either our London or Glasgow office with hybrid working.

In this role, you will:
Deliver and project-manage regulatory, conduct, prudential and compliance engagements with senior team members.
Build risk frameworks, models, and controls, and analyse client materials, data, and research to inform strategic insights.
Develop high-quality client artefacts, including reports, presentations, workshops, and status updates.
Support clients in addressing risk and compliance gaps, operationalising advice, and leading client interactions where needed.
Contribute to business development, including drafting proposals; exposure to tech, data or AI is beneficial.
About you:
1-4 years' experience in regulatory, risk or compliance roles, ideally within consulting, with familiarity across common frameworks and standards.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work, with strong problem-solving skills and a commercial, client-focused approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing clear, detailed business documents.
Comfortable building stakeholder relationships, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and seeking feedback to grow.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for learning, taking on responsibility and contributing to client delivery and business development.
