We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual, to take on an exciting opportunity in the role of Specialist Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:




The role of the Specialist Support Worker within the WAYfinder South Housing First service is critical to providing an enhanced level of service for people who experience multiple complexities. As a highly competent Specialist Support Worker you will be responsible for working within a specialist team to plan and deliver a high quality support service, which promotes client choice and control and ensures clients learn new skills, make positive life choices and achieve the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:



Level 3 qualification e.g. SVQ 3 Health and social care or equivalent in a related field. Experience of working with vulnerable clients. Good computer skills and ability to input data and maintain a database Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software, social media platforms, etc
