Teaching Assistant - Specialist College (16-25)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
SEND Teaching Assistant
to join our team supporting autistic young people aged 16-25, delivering a personalised curriculum and providing 1:1 support. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4:00pm, Immediate Start
The Role
Provide
1:1 and small group support
, tailored to each learner's individual goals.
Assist in delivering a
personalised curriculum
that supports academic, social, and life skills development.
Help learners build
independence and confidence
through structured, autism-friendly approaches.
Create a
safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
, both in and outside the classroom.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to adapt activities and ensure learners can reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (autism experience highly desirable).
A genuine passion for empowering young people to build skills and independence.
Ability to provide patient, consistent, and empathetic support.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to obtain or already hold an enhanced DBS.
Live local to Isleworth or within a commutable distance
