Are you ready to play a key role in the development of specialist testing requirements in the sport technology sector? We're looking for a Specialist Testing Lead to help drive our cutting-edge testing services -- from Goal Line Technology to floodlighting, goalposts, and cage testing -- across major venues in the UK and around the world.

If you enjoy travelling, tackling technical challenges, and visiting large-scale sports stadia, this role puts you in a great position.

What You'll Do

You'll take the lead on our Goal Line Technology (GLT) operations -- planning and delivering domestic and international testing, liaising with leagues, system providers, and FIFA, and ensuring everything meets the rigorous standards expected at the highest levels of football.

Alongside GLT, you'll oversee floodlighting, Hammer cage testing and equipment testing programmes, support our field teams, maintain specialist kit, and uphold the quality standards we're known for. It's a hands-on, technically engaging role for someone who loves variety and isn't afraid to get stuck into both the detail and the delivery.

What You'll Bring

A technical mindset (engineering, sports tech, or similar).*
Strong organisational and leadership skills.*
Confidence working with clients, governing bodies, and stakeholders.*
A willingness to travel reasonably regularly -- including internationally.*
A full UK driving licence.*
