Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team at H'ARTISAN. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the lively atmosphere of our cafe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the front of house to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead and train staff to provide exceptional customer experiences. Manage customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment. Develop local relationships to enhance community engagement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of operation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in speciality cafe management role or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. A passion for quality food and beverage service, particularly in a cafe setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
