Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers.
Lead, train, and motivate the barista team to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with management to develop new drinks and improve service.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista, with previous leadership or supervisory duties.
Expert knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
