Speech4Schools is expanding and looking for passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapists to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills. Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes based on individual child needs. Monitor child progress and collaborate with school staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Maintain accurate records of child assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist Experience working with children in school settings Strong communication and report-writing skills Passionate about child-centred, collaborative, and flexible therapy approaches Able to manage own schedule and paperwork as an independent contractor Own transport and willingness to travel to schools in the listed areas
Opportunities Available from September

We have work available in Medway, Gravesham, Dartford, Bexley, and Broadstairs, with potential for regular days in one school or a varied caseload across several settings.
