About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This is a term-time-only position, offering the opportunity to work closely with teachers, learning support staff, and families to deliver targeted interventions to meet EHCP outcomes and support across our school community.
The role involves:
Assessing pupils' speech, language, and communication needs for a caseload of students. Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, in line with EHCPs. Writing detailed, thorough reports for Annual Reviews; contributing to Parent's Evenings, Pupil Progress Meetings and communicating with parents on a regular basis Providing advice, training, and resources for teaching and support staff to embed therapeutic strategies in the classroom. Working collaboratively within a team that values creativity, empathy, and innovation in supporting young learners. Contributing to the life and success of wider school life through the likes of attendance at school events, offering extra curricular opportunities for students and contributing to essentials such as cake in the staff room.
About You
You'll be: A qualified and HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist. Experienced (or confident) in working with children with additional needs, ideally within a school setting. A strong communicator and team player who enjoys contributing to a warm, child-centred, trauma-informed environment. Organised, reflective, and passionate about making a meaningful difference every day.

Salary dependant on hours and experience
