Barclay House is a 29 bedded nursing and residential home that specialise and supports individuals with Brain Injury , Learning Disability / Autism, Mental Health and Complex needs.
We are looking for dedicated and experienced a
Speech and Language Therapist
to join our team!What You'll be Doing
Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored therapy plans for residents with a range of communication and swallowing needs. Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and other healthcare professionals. Provide training and support to staff to ensure consistent communication strategies. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews.
What You'll Need
Is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration. Has experience working with adults with complex needs, neurological conditions, or learning disabilities. Is empathetic, proactive, and a strong communicator. Enjoys working as part of a supportive and person-centred team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.13 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
