Speech & Language Therapist Team Lead

Location:

Liverpool & surrounding areas

Hours:

37.5 per week, over 41 weeks (term-time)

Contract:

Permanent

Salary:

48,022 FTE (pro-rated to 43,753 term time)

As our

Team Lead,

you will:

Deliver

high-quality therapy

within SEN school settings, supporting pupils, families, and staff. Take on a

complex caseload

, providing evidence-based interventions and clinical expertise. Lead and

mentor junior colleagues

, fostering professional growth. Specialise in a clinical area such as

AAC, Autism, SEMH, or Dysfluency

,

contributing to service development and innovation. Collaborate with a

multi-disciplinary team

including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Advisory Teachers.

We are looking for someone who:



Is a

qualified Speech & Language Therapist

( HCPC registered & RCSLT member). Has significant post-qualification experience, ideally with young people with

complex needs

.

Can work

autonomously

while thriving in a collaborative environment. Has experience providing

clinical supervision and training

. Is innovative, flexible, and committed to

delivering excellence in therapy services

.
