St John's Catholic Specialist School is a school for young people up to 19 years with special educational needs. We are looking for a Speech & Language Therapist interested in progressing their career in working within a specialist setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the very best life chances for our students.

This role includes:

Plan and deliver speech and language therapy sessions for your caseload. Work collaboratively with other therapists, teachers, learning support assistants and care staff Monitor and report on pupils' progress Provide recommendations and guidance to parents/ carers, colleagues in school and other professionals Maintain case records in line with school policy and RCSLT guidelines Keep up to date with relevant clinical research Participate as required in the supervision and training of SaLT students Participate fully in whole school training sessions and meetings Attend and contribute annual reviews as directed Play a full part in the life of the school community, supporting the ethos, rules and regulations
