Spinal Injury Support Worker Opportunity

Location: Devizes

Pay rates: 15.14-17.30

Day Shift: Mondays, Thursdays, every other Saturdays 8am-8pm

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our clients in Devizes. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting daily routines and personal tasks Encouraging independence and skill-building Offering emotional support and friendly companionship Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in supporting individuals with spinal injuries A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
