Main duties of the job
The role of a Spinal Injury Support Worker (Nights) involves supporting a client with daily routines, personal tasks, and encouraging their independence and skill-building. You will also provide emotional support and friendly companionship, as well as keep clear records of care and share updates with the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with spinal injuries, a full UK driving licence, great communication skills, and a compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
