Main duties of the job
The Spinal Injury Support Worker will be responsible for assisting with personal care, catheter care, bowel management, respiratory management, medication administration, meal preparation, and providing emotional support and companionship. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Spinal Injury Support Worker
Location: Cardiff Salary: Sleeping night rate of 10 per hour for 8 hours per shift - Waking night rate for 4 hours per shift - 17.06 per hour Mon-Fri, 17.88 per hour weekend nights. Job Type: Zero-hour contract Shifts: 8pm-8am, 7 days per week. Full time/part time hours available.
We also have day shifts available, 8am-8pm, 7 days per week.
